If you’d like your customer data erased from our Shop, please submit a ticket to our Support team. A 10-day buffer period is then activated in case of cancellation. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent regarding your deleted details.

Please note that if you’ve placed an order with our Shop within the last 6 months, data cannot be immediately erased for security purposes. After an appropriate amount of time has passed, we’ll be able to process your erasure request. Once completed, you’ll receive an email confirming the deleted details.
