Our return policy is in direct accordance with the eligibility requirements + deadline range of 14 days in our refund policy. If requesting a return, it must be completed successfully before we can issue a refund. Once you’ve submitted a ticket to our Support team and details have been confirmed, you’ll receive an email including a paid postage return label. 

Alternatively, we encourage keeping + repurposing your items to reduce environmental waste. This can be through donating them to someone in need or styling them in alternate ways.

Returns are not applicable after 14 days. Returns cannot be processed after a refund has been issued. If requesting both a return + refund process, please request and complete your return first.
