Refunds are only applicable within 14 days of your purchase. You are eligible if:
- You’ve utilized our cancellation policy.
- You’ve received products that are lost or arrived damaged.
- You’ve received products that are highly inconsistent with their design + details.
- Items within your order have arrived significantly past their estimated shipping range.
After contacting our Support Squad + sharing photos of the specified errors, a partial or full refund will be provided. Below, you’ll find additional notes for order types:
- For single-item orders with an estimated shipping range beyond 14 days, contact us within 5 days after it’s been delivered.
Refund Processing Estimates
- For a credit card: Usually within 5 business days.
- For a debit card: Usually within 5-10 business days.
- For PayPal: Usually within 2-5 business days, but can take up to 30 days depending on your card company.
Below, are cases where you are ineligible for a refund:
1] Ordering the Wrong Size
- Sizes should be purchased with gender-neutral style in mind. Gender-neutral tees have more length. With our sweatshirts, you can order your regular size for a closer fit or order a size up for an oversized fit. Size Guides are provided at the top-left corner of all apparel-based pages to help you get more accurate measurements (Tees, Sweatshirts).
2] Ink Colors Not Being as Vibrant
- The ink color presented for some items may arrive toned down, based on the Direct-to-Garment printing process being applied to certain fabrics. This is not the same as a highly inconsistent design, as we clearly state the ink expectations within the details section of each product so you’re aware before purchasing.
3] Buyers’ Remorse
- We understand that customers may not like a product as much as they initially expected. However, the majority of our items are fulfilled on-demand and we value the efforts made to get it to you. Our best recommendation is to re-style or re-purpose your items.
